No Guarantee of Approval
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or government department. Vizahub provides preparation, documentation, consultation and related travel-support services and does not guarantee visa approval, processing times, or the outcome of any application.
Our Services
Vizahub provides the following professional support services:

We are not a government entity and we are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
Information Accuracy
Visa requirements, fees and processing times change frequently and without notice. We make every effort to keep information on our website current, but you are responsible for confirming all requirements directly with the relevant embassy or authority before travel.
Client Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information in all forms and documents
- Submit all required documents within the agreed timeline
- Respond promptly to requests for additional information or clarification
- Verify your own travel eligibility and entry requirements independently
- Attend scheduled appointments at embassies or VFS centres in person where required
Fees and Payment
Service fees are communicated before any work begins and are agreed upon in writing. السفارة or government fees are separate from our service charges and are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority. Refunds of our service fees are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of processing.
Document Handling
Clients are responsible for the authenticity of all documents provided to Vizahub. We do not alter, fabricate or falsify any documents. All documents are handled with care but should be considered temporary copies unless confirmed otherwise. Original documents should always remain in the client’s possession unless a specific handover is agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Vizahub’s liability is limited to the professional services agreed upon in our engagement. We are not responsible for delays, refusals or decisions made by embassies, consulates or government authorities. We are not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Vizahub website, including text, images, graphics and logos, is the property of Vizahub or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.
