1. Services
Vizahub provides travel and visa-related services including but not limited to visa preparation, document assistance, certified translation, travel insurance, flight and hotel bookings, and trip planning. Our services are designed to assist and prepare applications but do not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
2. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
- Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation
- Ensure all submitted documents are genuine and unaltered
- Comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country
- Review all application materials before submission and approve their accuracy
3. Fees and Payment
Service fees are communicated before engagement and must be paid in full before we commence work. Fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Government fees, embassy charges, and third-party costs (such as insurance or translation) are separate from our service fees and are the responsibility of the client.
4. Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the embassy, consulate, or authority involved. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, we cannot guarantee specific processing durations. Delays caused by embassies, government offices, or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the client to a refund of our service fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vizahub acts as a service provider assisting with application preparation and related travel services. We are not a government body and do not have the authority to influence or guarantee the outcome of any visa application. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from visa refusals, travel disruptions, or decisions made by third parties.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
All personal information and documents shared with us are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We treat your information as confidential and use it solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your service requests.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made before work has commenced may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Once work has begun on your application, our service fees are non-refundable. Any government or third-party fees already paid are also non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Vizahub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman.
